eleven days without me? how are all y'all still alive?

i keed i keed...i've been pretty busy here so i haven't really made the time to weblog.

so where to begin?!

well last Satchurday i had a field trip to the academy of sciences... i went there once before with the fam but it was before the official opening so some things weren't fully complete.

i think. truth be told i spent more time looking at the exhibits than the building...but i guess i'll hafta change my ways soon.

but the day didn't end there because afterwards i went to jeannie's house to prep for some sushi bake and hsm3...ye ye ye.

so by time i got there most of the prep had been done, so jeannie had me do the simple job of scooping rice into the dish.

and then i dropped rice all up in her (stove) grill.

then we were self-timing on jeannie's upgraded camera...i must admit, i miss the 3.2 (whole heartedly) but the new camera is quite nice.

so the above pic is us being animals. and i called out that we should pose as 'safari' but everyone was like "what the..." so i was like 'my bad.' then later one of us said 'yo let's pose like animals!'

and i'm like 'seriously'

just kidding...it was funny. no hateration.

my mom called me because our absentee ballots arrived back home. the parentals bounced on vacation yesterday morning to huh-vae-ee so they had to vote by mail also. but i had to take bart back to sf to pick up my vote-by-mail because i'm going on a retreat during this weekend so i needed to send it in today. so i took bart to sf, picked it up, got some coldstone, then came back.

and then saw hsm again...fasho fasho

then stopped for a lil treaty treat:

so yep! heading out to intervarsity retreat in a few hours...the theme is unexpected peace. i'm excited. should be fun.

oh yes! one last thing...today i woke up feeling very happy...and i think it was because of my dream... ever since riley kendall jang the queen was born i've been having random dreams about having a kid... but last night was the first time i had a son. yo this is weird, but deal with it. so my kid like looked like me, but you can tell he wasn't no carbon copy. and all i remember was that i was giving him a piggy back ride and he was probably like 4 and he was wearing a backwards baseball cap and he was sweating. 

so excited for fatherhood, y'all!

but not right now. maybe in march.
