2008

as is tradition, here is some of the past year in photos (some slash most pulled from faybook...my b)

get ready for many many pictures

let the year begin...

we blindfolded adrienne and clifton in a strange ritual called the baby shower

in january, ada turned 19

on a velly special day in february, someone harked the herald and RKJ was born

christopher had a birthday...i remember it was also the first time i wore a fitted cap in public. i am grateful for these milestones.  

then, woot woot, Glen Coco took the high school bible contest title of CHAMPIONZ for the second year in a row... yee yeee.

i'm sure the war paint and courtney-designed tees helped a lil in the morale boosting

then i turned eighteen years old...

cindy and norm initiated the 2008 weddings

with banquet at empress of china

i took some senior portraits...and let my mama share my spotlight (and cramp my style...sike sike)

went to diva kanye's glow in the dark tour concert with jeannie, vince, christopher

floor seats!

decided to go against the grain by taking prom pic in front of a driveway instead of fireplace

and rode a cable car

sellebrated tani's 19th bday at joy sushi

and did 'cal studies' with urban...in which we:

chased chickens

ate some fruit

milked some goats (and apparently only took photos of myself...sike i just don't know if other people want their face plastered on the interweb...so get ready for a whole lot of me)

played with some hunnnny beezies

. then we visited some graduations 

like christopher's

and judith's

and juliet's

06.07.08. came along...it was quite possibly the perfect day. 

i graduated and gave my speech

posed with the fam

and the other fam

matriarch and patriarch jang came with the queen

and then we ate at the slanted door

and saw kung fu panda after posing with our cardboard homies

youth arts night happened and choir sang, dance ministry danced, and i rapped with karianne (in the temporary wheelchair)

then we went on senior trip

where horseman clawed at my camera

caroline decided to be efficient and sold some knives

and we took over the very empty streets of lake tahoe

then my beezy of a neighbor hit my car...

but it's all good because i was slow to anger (except not at all)

so to help myself, i went on wedding therapy and hit up winchell and jen's wedding on july 4th

then we had spy-themed senior dinnah

and a belated graduation dinner

- i also served in KCDC...however i am contractually obligated to not post photografias...so my b -

then my final high school camp happened...

we did some re-enactments

and put on safety gear

and posed...

viva la class of 2008

then went to disneyland with tani where we:

stood in line

 got sessy eyewear

posed with alladin and jasmine while some tourist took an off-center photo. love them fobs!

got happy

met our hero...this here parade performer

got eggzited!

back home, we had a final 2008 gathering where some tourist took an off-center picture. love them tripods!

had a KCDC P2 leader hangout (minus 2/3 of the leaders) at great america...and worked on the jumpshot

and went to marine world 

i got to perform in Surrender 2008...youth choir musical

and took only one photo with my camera...me, judith, and riley kendall jang

i also started that lil thang called college

joined intervarsity

met this fool

and perfected the jumpshot

which was useful for the 10.24.08 premiere of HSM3! (jeannie was there too, sorry masterjean)

the weddings dun ended on 11.08.08 when J.Lue and K.Lue got murrried

and we clubbed it out

holladays 2008 came...we got asian candies in the stockings

and annie proved her loyalty to..my food

we ate some dumplings and watched heavyweights

and had christmas feast!

i'm way thankful for 2008...

quite possibly my favorite year ever...it was full of a lot of goodness and a lot of blessings

i was for sure a very different person january 2008 than january 2009...praise the lord!
